Dr Matt Nguyen is a podiatrist, aka a foot doctor, and Stress Busting Strategist. He guides chronically stressed health professionals who want to stop feeling drained all the time and want to bounce back quickly, knowing they can handle anything.

He blends Eastern medicine and philosophy with Western medicine and science to help clients reclaim their inner peace and incorporate supportive life practices, so they age gracefully in mind, body and spirit. 
Having reversed his own burnout and illness from chronic stress due to work, Dr. Matt’s mission is to put an end to the hustle culture of work that has people sacrificing their health and well being in order to have financial prosperity. 

He is the Founder of the Health Offense brand, dedicated to mitigating chronic illness by stopping chronic stress early. 

Dr. Matt has a degree in Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from California College of Podiatric Medicine, including a Bachelor of Biological Science from the University of California, Irvine and Health Coach certification from Health Coach Institute. He speaks on topics related to chronic stress, resilience and health to audiences ranging from healthcare providers and professionals.
